I colour this in by my Spectrum noir pens.

I use these colours

Skin: EB5, GB10, GB8
Hair: EB8, TN8, TN7
Top: OR1, CT4, GB5
Trouser: IG4, IG2, IG1
Boots: IG10, IG8, IG6
Water: BG3, BG2, BG1
